Sea moss is a species of red algae found on the shorelines of North America, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands.

Sea moss is rich in minerals, high in iron and antioxidants that make it an all-around immunity booster and weight-loss aid. 

The difference is the color which also comes from the location in which is grows. 
Both purple and gold sea moss has 92+ minerals your body needs and can benefit from. However, sea moss ( Gold Sea Moss / Genus Gracilara) grows in warmer waters such as Jamaica and St. LUCIA. PurpleHIrish Sea Moss / Chondrus Crispus) grows on the coast of Ireland, Great Britain, Maine, Canada, and other places with cooler water and tend to be more expensive because it is not available year round.

All of our gels are made with 100% natural products. Our sea moss is soaked and cleaned in alkaline water and organic lemons and limes.  Nothing more and nothing less.

You can use sea moss in your tea, coffee, smoothies, or as an additional ingredient in you homemade recipes us h as your sauces, mousse, dressings, pudding, etc. You also have the option to clean and dehydrate your raw sea moss and put them into capsule form. Or you can consume as is in gel form of 1 to 2 teaspons. 

sea Moss gel can last in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. All of our jars of gel will have a ”Best By” date labelled on them. Dry sea moss is good for up to 1 year if properly seal and stored in a cool dark place. 

If you wash your raw sea moss thoroughly, sea moss does not have a taste. Our sea moss gel has an apple sauce to a thicker gelatin texture with a hint of citrus taste from soaking and being cleaned with organic lemons and limes.

Take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily in the morning, 30 minutes before any food consumption unless you are using it as an ingredient. You can increase the amount and how often as you body begins to adjust. You can also choose to take more if you are fighting a virus or infections for a speedy recovery.
